Room reservation procedure
Please fill in the ONLINE accommodation form selecting the room type of your preference. A letter confirming your reservation will be sent to you by e-mail within three (3) working days after having received both the ONLINE Form and your payment. Should you not receive a confirmation letter, please contact Forum Secretariat:

- Please ensure that the Forum title and the name of the participant is stated on the bank transfer.
- Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the accommodation costs.
Payment policy
A non-refundable deposit of 1 night is required, in order for the room reservation to be confirmed. The remaining amount for accommodation should be settled three months (March 16, 2016) prior to the commencement of the forum.
Cancellation Policy
For any cancellation sent in writing, one night cancellation fee will apply until March 16, 2016. After March 16, 100% cancellation fees will apply.
Kindly note, that all refunds will be processed one month after the forum.
Booking Policy for Hotels in Vienna
Standard Check-in Time: 15:00hrs Standard Check-out Time: 12:00 hrs
For check-in earlier and/or check-out later than the standard hours, please take into account that you may do so upon request and depending on the room availability at the hotel. Please bear in mind that there might be an extra charge based on the time of actual check-out.
